FUTURE SITES
Check out some of our vacant lots that may fit your needs. For each we offer some information as the character we saw when we acquired it and share what we have either plan to build on them or what in our opinion would be a good fit. If you are in Divide or Florissant Colorado drive by and check them out.
878 Will Scarlett Drive
Build planned for Spring 2026 – check out 240 North Mountain Estates. This will be a similar 2BR 2BA modern mountain retreat that features window wall, covered porch, wrap around deck and loft overlooking great room.
910 Will Scarlett Drive
Build planned for Spring 2026 – check out 16 El Dorado Way. This is our smaller A-Frame design that features metal roof, spiral staircase and beautiful tongue and groove wood interior.
13 North El Dorado Way
Back of this house will have a nice mountain view to the west. A nice feature is it sits on the corner of El Dorado Way and N El Dorado Circle offering an opportunity to utilize the back half of the lot
23 Southpark
This is a beauty on the corner of Southpark and North Mountain Estates right off the pavement. Great mountain view to the West with an open palette to design what you want.
175 Garnet Way
This gem is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We have already imported dirt to create off street parking. We are working on a cool design that embraces the unique terrain of this lot.
1154 North Mountain Estates
While this on is on the main paved road that runs through Colorado Mountain Estates. The home site will feel totally isolated the driveway will rise 10 to 12 feet off the ground and wind into a nicely treed lot. Positioned properly will provide a nice view of the mountains to the west.
219 Insmont Lane
If you want seclusion look no further. A natural driveway was cut years ago that leads to a nice flat build spot surrounded by Aspens.
211 Insmont Lane
This may be combined with 219 Insmont but we are leaning toward a small cabin in the woods. Stay tuned.
