 This is referred to as a semi-custom build due to the fact that the buyer can make it their own by making color and design selections. These selections occur shortly after the contract is signed, the initial fee is paid and prior to breaking ground. It is important to note that under this program there are no changes to the stamped engineered plans. The good news is our builder Matukat Construction can you work with you directly to design and build the custom home of your dreams.

Price

800 sq. ft. 2BR/1 Bath Fixed at $299,000 (1,000 sq. ft. version is also available at an addl. cost.)

Location

This program is available in Teller County and parts of Park County including but not limited to: Florissant, Divide, Cripple Creek and Woodland Park.

Land Selection and Site Preparation

As part of this service prior to signing a contract we will work with you to assess the land you have purchased or help you to identify the perfect location for your build. This includes estimating the costs that are not included in the $299,000 which are:

  • Land

  • Tree clearing as necessary

  • Driveway excavation to building site

  • Electric Service

  • Septic design and build

  • Water source (cistern or well)

Client Selections

The contract includes the construction of the 800 square foot A-Frame detailed on the stamped blueprint. In order to make this home your own prior to construction the owner will be able to make the following selections:

  • Exterior colors for roof and siding.

  • Interior one base color and one accent color

  • Wood species for tongue & groove and trim

  • Entry & Interior door profiles

  • Kitchen cabinet color

  • Backsplash subway tile color

  • Granite

  • Shower subway tile color

  • Bathroom vanity 

  • Cabinet and Door hardware

  • Ceiling fan and light fixtures 

  • Delta trim selections for bath and shower

  • LVP flooring 

  • Loft carpet 

  • Kitchen appliances

  • Limited gas stove selection

A concrete pad and 240 electric hook-up for hot tub is available for an additional fee.

Billing

We will work with the buyers directly or their financial institution for draws during what is expected to be a 6 month construction process. Our billings include a $10,000 architectural & design fee up front with the balance of the billing to occur on a monthly basis during the construction process based on a percentage of completion.
