Our goal is to develop custom homes in residential lots spanning from Woodland Park, CO to the east and Florissant Colorado to the west. Our initial focus is Colorado Mountain Estates in Florissant, Colorado.

Colorado Mountain Estates is an architecturally controlled and covenanted community located off Teller County Road 1, just south of Florissant, Colorado. Less than a half hour west of Woodland Park and less than an hour west of Colorado Springs, this community is just a short drive from civilization! Yet at over 8,500 feet it is a true mountain retreat.
